"How Saba has changed my health. Below are my lipid levels. I started drinking Saba in September 2008. You can see the difference it has made in two months time. I have not altered my diet or exercise program nor am I taking anything but Niacin 500 mg for this. The only addition / change has been drinking 2 oz of Saba per day.
